我嘅背脊已經變成咁,成個上背都向後彎,本身已經有脊椎側彎,有冇人改好咗駝背,可以分享下心得

我都想知,我成日俾人話姿勢唔好、有圓肩…綜合佢哋意見,肩背帶應該幫到手,另外去做gym要做某隻機先得,然後最緊要係時刻都挺胸修腹,呢樣先最難做

會寒背係因為背面肌肉比前面弱,所以比前面d肌肉扯前,train返balance就會拉返後
其實做gym真係一樣好科學嘅嘢,只不過香港d gym room銷售手法太下莊,所以先比人覺得差
我本身寒背不太嚴重,keep住weight training 半年已經改善好多,個人係自然挺,根本無特登挺胸收腹

你識用機無用,因為你要人話你知點去改善體態呀,同埋用機好講姿勢同有無用啱個發力位,差好遠㗎

我減肥後本身就plan定靠舉鐵修身,於是join咗Puxe做瑜伽+gym,呢間嘢係100%無人會sell,不過會費當然貴d,呢個PT就係幫我入會個sales refer嘅
Puxe 入面d PT比較高質d,因為公司比較嚴,不過就真係燒錢
問題係冇錢請Personal trainer
網上有練背背肌教學,再唔得就平平哋買條肩背帶試吓先
