點改善駝背?

寒背脊椎-280x280
我嘅背脊已經變成咁,成個上背都向後彎,本身已經有脊椎側彎,有冇人改好咗駝背,可以分享下心得
搭單問,網上嗰啲修正駝背帶其實有冇用㗎?

我都想知,我成日俾人話姿勢唔好、有圓肩…綜合佢哋意見,肩背帶應該幫到手,另外去做gym要做某隻機先得,然後最緊要係時刻都挺胸修腹,呢樣先最難做 :baby_girl08_think:

整個上半身

會寒背係因為背面肌肉比前面弱,所以比前面d肌肉扯前,train返balance就會拉返後

其實做gym真係一樣好科學嘅嘢,只不過香港d gym room銷售手法太下莊,所以先比人覺得差

我本身寒背不太嚴重,keep住weight training 半年已經改善好多,個人係自然挺,根本無特登挺胸收腹

Please contact a personal trainer. They will give you personal advice. Make sure you won’t do anything by yourself coz you may get injured easily.

我以前都做開weight training,手腳都修到,係條腰始終修唔到,圓肩仲係到…我個中醫按摩仲話我d骨似上面幅圖咁,都好疑惑邊樣先得 :baby_girl05_idea:

我第一次見個PT佢已經睇咗到我左右膊頭唔對稱(一前一後),我之前係完全唔知㗎,亦無人察覺:sweat: 跟住我又有盤骨前傾呢個問題,我又係一路唔知⋯⋯

你識用機無用,因為你要人話你知點去改善體態呀,同埋用機好講姿勢同有無用啱個發力位,差好遠㗎

去gym room好怕俾人sell,你點樣搵到依家個pt?

我減肥後本身就plan定靠舉鐵修身,於是join咗Puxe做瑜伽+gym,呢間嘢係100%無人會sell,不過會費當然貴d,呢個PT就係幫我入會個sales refer嘅

Puxe 入面d PT比較高質d,因為公司比較嚴,不過就真係燒錢:rofl:
